The Marketing Guru Challenge

Sunday, October 26th, 2008

Bloggers, sick and tired of all the talk about how you can make money blogging yet you are still earning peanuts?

Then join me in The Marketing Guru Challenge!

This challenge is a little different than usual. No signing up, no lectures and no cost. It is actually a personal challenge but you can join in if you like.

Starting the 1st of November, each day I will post will the exact same techniques I have used to build up an opt-in list of nearly 2000 subscribers and an income of almost $1000 monthly within 6 months where I have been using paid services or buying products to resell.

Except this time I will be using only 100% FREE methods!

I am sick and tired of being told you have to spend money to make money online and it is time to see if it is possible!

All the lessons are targeted towards the Internet Marketing and Make Money Online niches but if you are into a different niche, then you can use this course as an example and transform the ideas into your niche topic.

You can follow all this on a new blog site www.bloggerrap.com I have set up especially for The Marketing Guru Challenge.  There will also be a live webcam show where I will have open Q&A sessions to help you if needed.

Do you think you can make money blogging using free tools? Leave a comment and let me know what you think.

Better yet join in the challenge with me and learn while you learn.

WebcamMax

With the launch of my weekly live webcam show AffiliateBlogTv, I really needed a webcam tool that made the presentation a bit more professional. Then I happened to find a very powerful webcam tool called WebcamMax.

WebcamMax allows users to add videos, pictures and effects to their live streams and is also suitable for all messenger services. This program is also great for adding some cool effects and you can record your unique video show to broadcast on YouTube or your Blog which will definitely attract lots of people and surprise them.

Features include,

Add a topic to the top of the stream – This was done by creating a new text effect, modifying the text to the font, size and colour I liked, then saving it.

Add the address of the live stream page to the bottom of the stream – This is important to me because I would like to record my better tips and tricks and upload them to Youtube or another similar site. This was as simple as step 1, just create a new text effect and move it to the desired location.

Add a scrolling image for sponsor logos – This is very easy. You can create a new effect, include your images and set a time to display each one. Then place it where you like on the screen.

A screen capture tool where you can share the whole or part of your screen – so no need to spend a fortune on Camtasia :) .

Save recorded videos in Non-loss AVI format or ASF format which you can easily play and edit. Snap your webcam, a movie or your screen to make fantastic photos and post on your blog. You can also save pictures in JPG, BMP, GIF or PNG format according to your requirement.

Other features I love include the fantastic Picture in Picture (PinP), where I can broadcast different sources at the same time. I just set my PinP source – webcam, video, picture, or my screen as my PinP source and broadcast with the main source at the same time. You can customize the PinP easily by adjusting the size and position of the PinP as you want and set the PinP quantity according to your requirement.

It is also important to note that this is not the only way to use WebcamMax. It also has many effects and features built in that would make it useful for playful webcam chat over the most popular instant messengers, or for a professional internet video conference.

You can download a free 30 day trial of WebcamMax here.
